Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers our guidelines for returns, refunds, and damaged goods.
1. Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a replacement.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- All original paperwork and packaging must be included.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
- Fabric
- Trims
- Patterns
- Any item that has been opened, assembled, or used
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in specific cases:
- For damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced
- For items that are out of stock and cannot be substituted
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Store credits are issued as digital codes for future purchases.
3. Damaged Goods
While rare, damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Email cynthia@dancing-orchids.com.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive the damaged item, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
If the damaged item is out of stock, you can choose a similar product or receive a full refund.
